We recently had the best experience with All About Shade, in Perth, supplying and installing outdoor blinds for our new patio. Firstly, from dealing with Adam throughout the quoting phase, with admin re the financials/scheduling and finally with Sean and Brett installing. We are so happy with the finished product. We’re in the final stages of a two year renovating project and have recently experienced some issues with other contractors. All About Shade completely restored our faith that there are companies out there providing a quality product, a competitive price point, pride in workmanship on site and all round excellent customer service! Karl provided a prompt and accurate quotation, he easily recognised what I was looking for. Then the installation team went into action... they double checked everything to make sure all was perfectly measured. They even spent time meeting my furbabies to make sure they were happy too! Within three weeks, gorgeous Mandy rings to setup an installation that suits me! WOW. After a couple of hours, the installation team installed my blinds. OMG - they even cleaned up everything!!! The blinds are lightweight, easy to move up and down, stay where I leave them and do exactly what the brochure indicated. Wind and rain are now out of my outdoor area. I called "All About Shade" for a quote on putting a 4500mm long shade to cover the area between the fence and our existing Alfresco. Within days out came a guy to measure up, quote it using different materials ( we opted for the 98% water resistant cloth ). 2 weeks later it was being installed by two real professional installers. Showed me how to take it down when not needed by using a simple roller handle. The perfect job and good value for money. All materials are of highest quality. The old saying, you pay for what you get and my wife and I wanted something that will last many years to come out in the sun and rain. Definitely recommended by Judy and myself. ~ Peter D

I recently had All About Shade install some Zipflex PVC blinds on my upstairs balcony. Initially their sales rep Katie Wakelin visited to take measurements and arrange a quote. She was very professional and answered all my questions. The guys who installed the blinds went over and above their duty. Because my blinds were on an upstairs balcony there was a risk of water leaking downstairs. The guys arranged for the construction of a lipped drain that would solve the problem, and even took off the balcony rails to install this. Further, at no added cost they put extra locking devices on at the level where I would have the blind mostly in sunny weather. So, overall, I was very happy with the process. Price-wise, I had 3 quotes for the job. One was outrageous and the other similar to that from All About Shade. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They think about the job and make it work best in your situation. ~ Ken L

Guy and the team were incredibly responsive. We love our blinds, and use the outdoor room all the time. They are so easy to raise or pull down, have withstood Mindarie winds, no problem, and look fabulous. It's transformed our whole area. We got quotes from two other major players and even though they were a tiny bit more expensive, were superior in service and quality. Support local and a hardworking Western Australian. We switched from the blinds you need to manually wind up with a winder...this is a breeze, meaning you actually do use them. We've had two lots installed and will definitely get more down the track. Karl was awesome, very knowledgeable about the product and the best way to utilise the look and position that was something I didn’t think about. Installation was very stress free for me (sorry I forgot his name) but he worked well with a no fuss install. The only issues is both Karl and the guy that installed the blinds both said that I would get a pole but I have yet to see it. Highly recommend this company. I had 3 jobs done yesterday and was so pleased. The guy that did the quote had great ideas. The measurement guy friendly. The 2 guys that did the job did such a great job and friendly. Great price as well. My mum had 2 jobs done and was so pleased as well. No more sun beaming onto my patio or into my front theatre room window which I can still see out of. They said 3 to 4 weeks and we’re on time. Amazing service from start to installation! The friendly team at All About Shade gave us great advice about how the best options for converting our small but very very sunny patio to make it a more usable space. To make it an outdoor room. Hassle free purchase from start to finish. Guys turned up on time on correct day to quote and measure up and gave a price there and then that we were happy with, no hard sell and no push to do a deal there and then. What a great company to deal with. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Add to that the premium outdoor blinds supplied. During the summer we could keep the heat, flies 🪰 and mozzies out, but now that the weather has turned cooler we can spend our evenings outside without the cooler breezes. From the first enquiry to completion most went seamlessly. Installation was earlier than expected as they were ready 2 weeks earlier than first signalled. Only minor challenge was the coordination of the install and electrical work which didn't align and resulted in the electrician attending a week later. I got 5 quotes for outside blinds they were $1000 cheaper than the others but I have never delt with such a reliable proffessional company so happy with the blinds and when they said a time they were coming they were always punctua which is very rare these days l I would recommend them $100% ~ Jane H
