Geraldton’s Oceanview Paradise,
The strong winds and free sandblasting each afternoon were starting to ruin a near perfect outlook from this Geraldton house.
The outdoor area was underutilised and only became liveable when the winds died down and the sun was either high enough or low enough to not burn you to a crisp.
Given the stunning view a solution that blocked the sun and wind, but that also preserved the view was critical.
With this in mind 10 x eZIP® Outdoor Blinds with full motorisation were selected to enclose the area. With the motorised option there would be no need to manually set the blinds, just flick the swich, kick back on the patio, and watch the waves roll in.
To provide the UV protection and keep the view HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Mesh in Black with 94% UV protection and high “see through” visibility.
All the aluminium components were then Powder Coated in Surfmist to work with the existing surroundings to provide a seamless finish.
